- 500 gm Chicken
- 2 tsps Gingergarlicpaste
- 1 tsp Redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Salt

- 1 Bayleaf
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp jeera Sha
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 4 Onion chopped
- 2 tsps Ginger garlicpaste
- 1 tsp Redchilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Kasoorimethi
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Cashew
- 2 tbsps coconut Grated
- Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Soak Almonds , cashew for 15 mins and grind with coconut to a fine paste
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the given ingredients
- In a pan add oil , bayleaf , cumin seeds,sha jeera , fennel seeds when they cracked add onion cook till thy are translucent then add ginger garlicpaste saute till raw smell goes then add all the powders , marinated chicken , chopped tomato and curd cook till done then add kasoorimethi and garam masala then add grinded mix and cook for 5 mins and finally garnish with corianderleaves
